GENE SIMMONS and PAUL STANLEY's American football team is at the center of a lawsuit filed by their former quarterback MATT BASSUENER. The rockers, who co-own Los Angeles Kiss, have been hit with legal action from Bassuener, who claims he was kicked out of his home after injury left him unable to play. Bassuener broke his hand in May (15), putting him out of action for months, and he claims in August (15), Los Angeles Kiss bosses ordered the locks to be changed on his apartment, which was subsidized by the team. The athlete, who is suing to get his belongings back, is no longer part of the squad.
